Free acount means not accounts

I won a free hosting plan at Zyma for one year. I was contacted by one of Zyma team members when I won the prize and they were very nice to me. After two weeks I requested Zyma to change my domain address from to new one, and they told me it will take less than 24 hours. However it took more than 8 days, and I have sent them two emails and yet they have not replied until the time of this review. when I called them they said because my account is free, they give it minimum priority whenever my website needs fixing.
If so, then why the hell do Zyma gives away free hosting plans and they are not host with customers from the beginning. I should have been told that my website will get low priority as it is a free account. I have lost all my website and they did not even give me any reasons, they jut delete it all.

Zyma need to be more professional in what you are doing.

Biggest Pro: Good cPanle and Cheap
Biggest Con: No knowledge within Zyma customer service team

There's no such thing as a free lunch

At first, I was very happy for such quality and low price (4.95£ per year).
But when I decided to import my database(400+ Mb), it caused short-term excess of resources(I think), but soon my account got suspended and next day my website was deleted from hosting without money refund or explanation.

Biggest Pro: Very low price
Biggest Con: Support and reliability
