Great Small host
Ok I know all these hosting companies offer huge amounts for low $$. But that is also the drawback, when things go south, you don't get an answer and there is the big run around. Thus the advantage of Yohost. Smaller setup but great support. Don't be a pain in the butt and when it's an issue they will be there for you. they might be 2x the price but you get 10x the service when it matters. If you do any respectable business then what is $200 vs $400 a year when you can loose $400 with your website being screwed up for 2-3 hrs?
Plus having to call an IT guy in to help sort out these issues at $100/hr quickly makes up the savings.
They do CFM great and i hear their other packages are good too.
One pro is that they use Smarter Mail which is a great replacement for exchange. I saved $9 per/user/month for the last 3 years for exchange like mail. That alone made it worth it.
Biggest Pro: service, support and tech supported
Biggest Con: not enought space for email
