I remember when I was trying to venture into website design. After reading about many web hosting and domain providers, I decided to choose WhoGoHost as my domain and hosting provider. I have never regretted using them because they are trying their best.
Their hosting admin dashboard is user-friendly for me as a beginner because the layout is wonderful. All I had to do was input my own settings and I was assisted by their support service on how best to make use of the dashboard.
Their support service is wonderful because of their timely response to my inquiries. Their hosting services are cheap and hold up to an impressively high standard. I personally recommend them and have no complaints. Just what you’d expect from one of the leading web hosting providers in my country.
They are trying their best by encouraging everyone to have an online presence. This is because they run discounts on their services and enable customers to earn from their affiliate program.
The server and connection speed is one of their best features. I will still host and buy more domains from WhoGoHost because of their reliability and the satisfaction that I received from my previous encounters with them.
My WhoGoHost Experience
I met the whogohost marketing team in 2015 and after about 20 mins of pitching their services to me, and satisfactorily responding to my queries, I assured them that I was going to move one of my business accounts to their platform. I fulfilled that promise in 2016/17 When I ported one of my startup business website on their platform.
- Availability: the team is usually available as I have not yet had any experience of not been able to reach them both on phone and email
- Resolution speed: most of the issues I ever raised support ticket for were resolved within 90mins at most. On one occasion, when my account was suspended because my hosting expired before I had the chance to pay for renewal. The account was promptly restored as soon as I paid for the renewal, even before I could send evidence of payment to the support team.
An exception - When my account was hacked and used for spamming, whogohost suspended my account and it took them 3 days to resolve the issue. This was very frustrating and I had to call them out on social media before it was promptly resolved.
- Professionalism: the staff are friendly and well professional. In the 3 days I waited for my hosting to be restored, I called them on numerous times, occasionally using unpredictable words but they were calm and kept assuring me that it was going to be resolved soon.
Biggest Pro: Availability
Biggest Con: Communication: technical issues should always be reported to customers even before they ask questions
