These Guys Are Awesome - WEBNET HOSTING
They have the best tech support, always answer the phone and try to fix the problem on the spot. Respond to email just as quickly. I was with Apollo and they tried to migrate me to a new server and really messed it up. I was without email for 3 days, then getting 3 to 8 emails of everything from the last year, which crashed my Outlook Express everytime I tried to open it. More importantly, both of my sites were down almost 10 days with no customer support. The tech support I did get was worthless. I had to call their atty. to finally get any service. Apollo does not know what they are doing. WEBNETHOSTING, fixed everything Apollo corrupted and kept in contact through the entire process. Even in the middle of the night. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. I am a loyal customer. They went above and beyond what any normal hosting company would do. They care about their clients. You can't go wrong with these guys. Miva Merchant Premier Partners as well. WebNet hosting has the best customer service and on top of that, value for your money with their powerful servers! Our online store is not as easy to maintain, but Webnet hosting does it best in troubleshooting or doing quick fixes to our website, and their sure fire 24/7 support is for real! We're working late in West coast but we get instant support from Webnet real (Eastern) time. Wonderful!
