Don't Do ANything With VPSDepot or Anyone That Does
I signed up with VPSDepot as they were being promoted from my host of over five years (webhostingpad). This was my first time trying to use a VPS vs a shared host, so I knew there was going to be a learning curve. After I signed up I received an email with my basic information. They promise Free Server Configuration, Virus Free Servers, 24/7 Live Tech Support, and 30 day money back guarantee. While trying to set things up, I emailed tech support - received an never ending enter the visible code to send your email, never received anything like a ticket number or a response. Then I tried live chat at 9:30 in the morning - live chat was off. Then I called the 800 number, waited to be the next in queue for 45 minutes. Hello there's no body HOME. So using online videos I began to set up my site. Before I knew it they re-routed my IP address to force me to purchase SSL from a company of their choosing. I know the only way they will contact me, would be after I canceled te charges through the credit card. Sad part is, this is who webhosting pad says they are partnered with for VPS servers. I've had good customer support with webhostingpad.
Biggest Con: No body is there, they just take your money.
