Tiger Sites....for excellent customer service even after the sale

I was impressed by the quality of the service given by the sales staff of Tiger Sites, but a friend of mine (a survivor of many battles with different hosting services) warned me that the service after the sale was bound to drop off dramatically. Not so with Tiger Sites. Their customer support team is knowledgeable, friendly, and very prompt. I have been very pleased with the up-time and their overall professionalism and comportment.
