Surmounted.NET Have Been A Brilliant Host So Far!

I only signed up for hosting at Surmounted yesterday but the experience that I have already had with them has been amazing. I decided to sign up for the Business Basic plan which comes with 5GB disk space and 50GB bandwidth and it also allows me to host unlimited domains which is great. Their plans are never oversold which is wonderful too because you see some many companies that oversell their resources by way to much.

So when I signed up and paid yesterday, I had to wait only minutes for my account to be manually set-up which meant I was not waiting ages. This stage of the process all ran smoothly, I had no issues which Surmounted. The whole process of setting up my account including going through the billing system to actually getting may account set-up was not long at all, so if your looking for a quick set-up look no further than Surmounted.

The support is also great, I have contacted them a few times because I needed help with certain things. They are really nice guys, the are polite and the support reply emails are well formatted. I received a response within 20 minutes or so which is great. They also have a live chat system which means that you can get instant support.

So if your are looking for hosting, I would definitely recommend Surmounted because their service is brilliant.
