My website is being held hostage by Spoono Host
On Sept 3 Spoonohost took my site off line because my contract had expired. On Sept 1 I had engaged GoDaddy to host my site and requested Spoonohost redirect my site to GoDaddy. The reason for my leaving Spoonohst is they are regularly down, causing my clients to call me complaining they could not access my site and were having emails sent through my contact page bounced back to them. Twice that I can verify Spoonohost was hacked, in turn causing my page to be hacked, displaying very vulgar graphics when a client would visit my page.
After a year of this I decided to leave Spoonohost. Drew at Spoonohost stated 3 months ago that they had the security/hacked issues/downtime issues resolved, but they have continued.
Spoonohost does not provide the uptime they promise. They do not return or acknowledge support tickets as they claim. They do not even return phone calls. Now they will not release my domain name and point it to GoDaddy even though they have consistently given me cause to leave. They are holding my business hostage.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH SPOONOHOST!
Biggest Pro: none
Biggest Con: Does not provide uptime, security
