SoftLayer Dedicated Server
I've got a couple dedicated servers from Softlayer and they're the best host I've ever had! Whenever I do have a problem they investigate and fix it immediately. (although those times are rare!)
Their sales team is A+, very fast, efficient, and not afraid to talk to a new or existing customer. They also have a great portal that provides all the information you might need in a quick and easy to use manner.
