I've had a reseller account on Smart Hosting for over a year now and my experience has been good overall. I am currently running 6 websites on Smart Hosting with a reseller account.

Firstly, the customer support is amazing. They have a webchat system and the support agents respond usually within 1-2minutes, sometimes in under a minute. You get the feeling that you are chatting to an experienced engineer, and on every occasion, they have resolved my issues quickly and efficiently.

The only issue I have is that the hosting wasn't quite fast enough for one of my WordPress based sites which I ended up moving to another WordPress optimized host and saw about a 30% improvement on Google Pagespeed Insights. I suspect this was mainly due to Smart Hosting running php version 7.2, and the new host being on 7.3. As well as other optimization features such as built-in CDNs and code optimization/caching features.

I also had a website crash due to another site on the server using up all the SQL resources. This was resolved within minutes and was likely due to a misconfigured website on the shared server. However, I would have expected this to be monitored, flagged and resolved without me having to report it.
