I had a minor problem with my newly purchased domain and hosting. I made a typo in the email I used to purchase from them, so the purchase confirmation email didn’t go through. Even worse, this meant that I couldn’t log in to WordPress, which made me freak out.

The interaction was kind and friendly. Great customer service! Been a loyal customer for over 12 months and highly recommend Siteground.

I had several issues which required patience as well as determination to sort out. Alen Sh was professional, thorough, patient, knowledgable, and entirely committed to seeing the interaction through until he had answered all of my questions, and had me going in the right direction again.
