Amazing support response time and 100% resolution
Fast and reliable shared hosting with what is the best team of hosting customer support I have ever experienced. I hope Siteground continue to invest in their Staff and Infrastructure! We just put our newest website tpm.dev and had a configuration issue, it was resolved within minutes in live chat. What I value the most in the support is the lack of empty responses, 99% of the exchange with their support is meaningful and valuable information. I had to use customer support three times for 6 months and everything was resolved within minutes. I can strongly recommend SiteGround today as the best hosting provider in Europe that I have used, and I have used quite a lot, from Germany to Estonia.

I was struck at some point, but the quick service provided by Daniela T, (pardon me if I spell wrong), I am using SG services for more than 5 years and very satisfied and always recommend everyone to use SG services. Whenever I need assistance they provide me without hesitation 24/7, I am using their multiple services, hosting, dedicated hosting, servers, domain, domain transfer and I recommend all of you to must try siteground atleast once.

What the don't say and i will, is that the customer service is one of the best (if not the best)! Not only they are highly knowledgeable (at least regarding WP) and always fast, the most important thing is that they CARE. They will never follow a strict script with generic solutions. They go over and beyond to solve your problem or to provide you with a solution.

I have twice contacted Siteground support for help one to locate and delete images from my website a second time for some general questions. On both occasions the staff have been really helpful. Polite and patient. Supporting me to learn what i needed to learn while also checking in the background that what i wanted to do was possible. After having a few issues with speed and reliability on another host, I decided to move my WordPress site over to SiteGround.
I made the decision based on the advertised WordPress optimization features such as the SiteGround Supercacher and the minifier. There are a few other hosts that offer high quality optimization features but they are quite expensive. SiteGround is very affordable so I decided to go for them.
Transferring over to them was a simple process. Anytime I had a question I'd just open a live chat with a member of support and I'd have an answer within minutes.
Configuring all the SG Optimizer settings was super simple and intuitive. Even if you do have problems, the quick customer support team will help you get setup in no time.
Once I was setup with all the optimization features I tested Google Pagespeed insights. I saw around an 80% improvement in server response time (TTFB) and my pagespeed insights score for one of my more popular blog posts went from around 40 up to 60.
Moving to SiteGround is one of the best decisions I have made. Not only did my website's performance increase drastically, I also saved a few bucks due to the low cost of hosting.
If you're looking for a balance of speed vs value then SiteGround is the best option by far in my opinion.

New Addition to SiteGround
Pavlin walked me through setting up an account, and creating a temporary WordPress site while my domain is being transferred. The online chat worked super and I have started to setup the new WordPress site. I have a number of sites that I need to transfer to SiteGround since I am a WordPress site developer. The next phase will be to load themes and plug-in to the new site.

I needed to make changes to my DNS zone records, which I'd never done before. I was pretty uncertain about doing that, so I hopped on Chat with Alexander at SiteGround. Wow - he knew exactly what to do, and took care of my needs in no time at all! Love SiteGround - they're always there to help and their support staff is top notch. Really glad I have them as my hosting company - they are the best - hands down!

I have just finished talking to technical support over live chat and I just want to say how excellent their service was. The support guy was very nice and polite and went above and beyond to help out with my issue. My site speeds are fast, and the page builders I use all run faster on SiteGround than any other hosting company.

Best hosting company ever. I have used Superhosting, ICN, BlueHost and 2 or 3 more but just now I understood that the problems can be resolved during the chat with their customer support. I have a big problem with my DNS records and MX records and my Wordpress theme and with my domain, and of course, with my site speed and PHP and all of this for the last one month. But every time the result was a fast answer from their help desk. Then a chat with the person from their IT team. And my problem was resolved until the end of the chat. The longest time was only 11 minutes and everything was better than I expect :). Raul A. is my hero from their team. I give him 5 stars, one moon, and a big HUG!
