You can look at numbers and metrics to make comparisons about hosting providers, but the value that SiteGround provides with the best support I've experienced for clients sites is simply excellent.
Live chat is timely, with short queue times and often, there is no need for escalation. But when there is, a second tier tech will send an email usually in an hour.
In all my years with them I have never had to call - which is AMAZING.

Top notch 5 star support
Consistently good customer service. Friendly, super helpful and really patient support staff. I can't recommend Siteground highly enough. Been with them over three years and they are always really informative and sort out any issues really quickly. I don't know what more to write as I have to write 300 words apparently, but I'm just very happy with them and I have now become an affiliate because I trust them a lot. I haven't had a bad experience with them yet.

My website was experiencing server issues, so I contacted customer support to find out why. Vladimir I. was very helpful in helping me determine the issue. He ran several tests through GTMetrix and sent me screenshots to show where the error was occurring. He also helped determine the specific issue (it was my autoresponder), and told me about several options to fix the issue. I am very grateful!

Siteground has best supporting-staff. So far loading speed is amazing else it's very difficult to experience this speed with a shared host. ten on ten for uptime. Their recent changes to user dashboard have been simplified and now it's, even more, user friendly now. And special ten on ten to support team they do handle every query very swiftly so I can conclude their technical knowledge is up to the mark.

Sitegroung is offers one of the best hosting service that around. i have been using them and dont have regret doing that. They have an amazingly responsive CS ready to help at all time.
They have on numerous occasions solved the problems that my domain registrar were suppose to handle.
I have had issues uploading text file to verify ownership of my site not fully understanding how to go about it coupled with conflicting ideas on how to handle it, i reach out to support and they offered to show me how to do it or if they should help me do it. i chose the later and within minutes it was all sorted out.
Also, I am not to tech savy but try to do alot of technical stuff myself. i tend to screw up a few things that gives result that i dont like. All this gets sorted out once i connect with siteground responsive customer care.

I have migrated my website to be self managed via Siteground which has been a learning curve on my part. Every step (and fail) along the way I have experience excellent immediate service from their team. Polite and efficient every time I could not fault them. The faults have been largely mine and my lack of understanding but they have been very patient and helpful getting my site and email operational. Chris
I had lots of difficulties working with wordpress. My mails were not sent and received and so i was so frustrated. Contacting siteground was my last option and they helped me out. Am so happy for choosing this host and i jave no regrets. Equally, last week i had difficulties with my domain name and getting in contact with the support team here at siteground put a very big smile on my face. The quality of services were so good. The persons i've been in contact with so far were so nice and welcoming, not getting tired of the silly questions i kept asking. Am really supper happy choosing such a host provider.

Every time I contact customer service, I'm reminded of why I have ALL my clients hosted here. They have exceptional knowledge and are always willing to help and fix things at the same time. They are truly second to none. I've never had to wait more than a minute for their online chat and have had brilliant responses via ticketed issues as well.
Additionally, their actual services are also exceptional. I feel confident that the websites I build and host with them are stable secure, backed up and working as efficiently as is possible. The interface they provide makes it easy to work with too.
I will continue to both use and recommend them for a long time to come.

People like him are very difficult to come by, and I sincerely hope you folks consider him for a raise. He is truly one of the reasons you folks will retain my business.

Siteground is a really good hosting provider. I would recommend this hosting to all the other publishers because the speed is really good and the hosting support is also damn good and convincing. If you want to get really good hosting at a really good price then I must say that you should go for siteground.
