When you want a company to have your back, use Siteground. Their customer service people are extremely helpful. Sitegrounds prices are good and actually quite fair in the marketplace.
I found Siteground through an affiliate educational site, it has measured up to be exactly what the teacher said it would be. I can see why he, a master Web developer, recommends it.

Great Support & Speed
Siteground always provide outstanding customer support and their servers are very fast.
I am hosting with them for past 9 years and it is a pleasant experience most of the time.
SiteGround’s own caching system Supercacher allows static and dynamic web pages to be cached for quick delivery to users.
Their renewal prices are quite high. So its better to signup for 3 years initially.

Siteground is simply THE BEST. Fantastic pricing for top-notch services and unbeatable support team- usually answer chat questions within a couple of minutes, very knowledgeable and friendly- and speak real English! They have solved several website problems for me (which I'd spent ages on) in just a short chat. Highly recommended. Others may be cheaper- but they don't include all of the freebies that Siteground offers- nor do they offer comparable support. Why go anywhere else??

Eliyan P. was prompt, heard my question and understood it and then gave me very clear steps to solve it.
Told me how to use the cPanel and disk usage - then helped me find the area most used (cache) in one area, and then told me the safe way to fix the problem. He then told me about backing up the website before i removed the cache with CSS in it A great tech support person. Many thanks to Eliyan.

Great customer service
I was having trouble securing my website, which is a big problem since i intend on using it for business purposes. However, SiteGround's customer service is by far the best i have seen on any online store to this day. I was immediately entered in a live chat with a really helpful person (named Antonio i believe) who helped me get my site secured in no time at all. Keep up the great work guys!

Their customer service is EXCELLENT for a novice like me.
They explain in detail what I need to do & even then go and check that I did it correctly. So I learn and upskill - plus I know for sure it is correct.
I needed to set up a subdomain - helped me with the steps and checking I had done it correctly and told me what information to give to the web developer.
I love Siteground because they help me really well. Much more than Bluehost has ever done. Just talked to this helpdesk guy over the chat and he quickly found out what was the issue. So happy!
Down sides are that the knowledge of staff does vary. Waiting times vary too, many times within 10 min, other times it takes a bit longer, somtimes even 30 min or so. Site speed is sometimes disappointing but that can be influenced by so many things, not just hosting.

Transfer website form previous provider
After researching many review sites, I am pleased I have chosen Siteground. The hosting package I have opted for (Growbig Plan) is suitable for my needs and I believe it's a very good deal compared to other providers. Excellent service, the technical team manually transferred my website as I am not tech-savvy. And, one of the many advantages is that you can contact customer service by phone.

Excellent support on an issue that was driving me crazy (images not loading in Safari). It was a complicated problem:

The support staff is overwhelmed due to COVID-19 and everyone working from home, but still they helped me out and stuck with me. Email support only at the time, due to the pandemic.

I am now over 10 years customer of siteground, with several geek accounts and a cloud server. Every problem I had during all these years could be solved with the siteground service team, easy, fast and friendly. Corona crisis? Not at all, just yesterday we relocated 6 accounts to Frankfurt, great work of the team again. Guys, you are not the cheapest but you are the best hosting company I know, and I tested several of them. Thank you so much!
