Your operative Angelina must be commended for her knowledge and amazing patience dealing with someone who knows nothing as far as the technical side of a website goes. your operative did her very best to talk me through a very complex set of instructions Your rating system only allows a maximum of five stars. In my view the lady deserves twelve Siteground are luck to have her.

Super-quick solution provided

Mariya got to the root of my problem straight away. She then offered to fix it for me (which was great because I was way out of my tech comfort zone) and after a short time, everything was fixed and working.

The problem with most tech support is that they assume you know what they are talking about when the highlight a problem. Siteground techs (in my experience) don't do this and always offer to perform fixes beyond my knowledge.

Great support (as always) from Siteground Tech Support. Very, very pleased with the service provided.

Excellent help by the team

I am really happy Rusi and Ivayo handled my queries with patience and sorted the matter which took more than 3 hours to resolve as there was break in Internet here in Delhi today.
My site suddenly was not responding properly win wp-admin and i was unable to reslove the matter, And on top of it the connection was breaking today. But Rusi and Ivayo helped me with the solutions and matter resloved finally. Am very grateful to Siteground team.

Big improvement in Support over past year

Despite lots of problems with Support last year, recent experience has been back to the high standard of previous years.

I have been a customer of SiteGround for 14 years and last year was the only time I've had problems with Support.

So I hope the company has fixed the issues and we can all look forward to better support going forward.

As for speed and features of SiteGround, they easily exceed those of most other hosts.

The support team is always available 24/7 and they are really helpful. I have only the highest praise for Siteground because their service is super-reliable and nothing is too much trouble in terms of support. Add to this the fact that their pricing is more competitive than others and the extra services (automatic updates, backups, SSL) which are billed on other hosting platforms, are free on Siteground.
Highly recommended.

Always helpful

Whenever I've had any issues, normally self inflicted, the staff at siteground have been super quick in cleaning up my messes.
The times I've contacted them I've been answered within 10-20 minutes, the chat facility is easy and I got my issues resolved at first point of contact.
Response times and customer services has been great, friendly, efficient and easy to use. Very happy with their services.

Siteground are always accessible, don't have dense layers of contacts in their call centre and enquiry ticketing, are always friendly and knowledgeable.

Compared to other providers, they are always transparent, customer-focussed and have good products.

I am not a siteground employee, just a fan!

Phenomenal Customer Service

The hosting is great. I used to be with another provider and since switching to siteground, our website went from extremely slow to extremely fast. Running an e-commerce site, speed is a key factor and not something I have to worry about anymore.

The best part is the customer service. Any time I have any issues or questions, their staff on chat always figure out a way to help me. Things get solved every single time. Always!

Siteground's Customer Service is Very Good

I've had 2 cases I posted recently. The customer service I received from both reps were very good.
They were respectful to me not being knowageable about how the system works and were willing to walk me through the process or explain to me what was going to happen next.
I am quite satisfied with the customer service I have received from Sitegrounds' representatives.

Online Chat help is wonderful

As someone who is not tech savvy by any means, I recently used chat to help me with changing my domain address. Gabriel was wonderful and guided me through the entire process. I was really worried that I was going to do something that would create havoc with my website, but he made it seem so simple and assured me we did everything correctly.
