Shoutserv
Terrible terrible terrible.
Shoutserv is by far the worst host you could ever possibly imagine. It seems that i was getting 99.9% downtime more then uptime. They often suspend accounts for no reason then boast to me over msn about it as if it is a joke to them. If a support ticket is opened to adress concerns as to what is going on with the person account. They will answer VERY unprofessionally then before anyone has time to respond back they will delete the support ticket.
Also. They feel it is ok for them to take files off your server for there own use and sometimes to sell to others. After confronting them, they decided to terminate my account and tell me that it had illegal content on it and they were going to call the police while nothing on the server was illegal.
The only thing i can think of within the week i was with shoutserv that was good was the slight bit of uptime that i did end up recieving. Everything else was terrible and nothing but a waste of time. If you like your money, stay FAR away from shoutserv.com!
