Host from hell

NTC Hosting was the single biggest mistake you could make when looking for hosting. I was told that something very simple could not be done and so I got my money back and took my business to a host where I had absolutely no problems in using a dedicated IP address to host a subdomain of a domain hosted with a different company.

Basically, their support was very very incompitent when I tried to get help and they do not even have a decent reputable control panel. So if you're thinking NTC Hosting, run, run away and don't look back so to speak.

Biggest Pro: Extensive pre-installed PHP libraries
Biggest Con: Everything Else

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH NTC Hosting!

I had been hosting with NTC Hosting (http://www.ntchosting.com/) for almost a year now, recently they have been having a series of outages since May, 22, 1012. Now, over the past 72 hours ALL of my 32 domains were DOWN/Unavailable, AGAIN.

My issues have been ongoing. I recently renewed for another year (starting in October 2012 to October 2013) but now wanted a refund due to their failure to meet their Service Levels. Their arrogance and attitude really are totally unacceptable in any business arena. I am not asking for a reimbursement for all the down time, I just want a refund on my NEXT years service payments! As you will see they totally refuse to even consider a refund for the period that doesn't even start for another week!
