Dodgy

First invoice for renewal came through and was not processed within the two week time-frame allowed to pay, so not only did Netorigin suspend the service, they also brought down the website and replaced it with a holding page stating ACCOUNT SUSPENDED. Nice one !!!

Calling the number provided on the email stating the website was to be suspended (it already had been) Sam was keen to take my payment but couldn't put me through to his boss, because the Boss was busy. After further interrogation, Sam finally fesses up his Boss isn't in, and in fact he is the only one in the office. In the background I hear a fly screen door shutting (the old sort which are spring loaded and auto close making that distinctive wood on wood bang) and I ask Sam if he is in fact in his office (Level 11, Brookfield Place, 126 St Georges Terrace , Perth WA) and he emphatically insists he is (I tried to image what type of fly screen door Servcorp serviced offices had installed in their offices on the 11th floor).

So poor Sam, who stated he was only doing his job, advised there was no-one at all we could speak to as he was all alone, and if we wanted to speak to his boss we would have to email him (not leave a message and he would get back to us).

We will transfer out of this organisation, for many reasons, none more so than because they are passive aggressive and potentially endanger your businesses reputation but also because they lie to their customers, if you can't trust them, YOU CAN'T TRUST THEM
