Good specs, zero customer service

Such a shame - I was originally with these guys for the good reviews the company had received way back in 2008. The server was built in less than a day, up and running with the software just fine. For the first 6 months, bliss, then downtime here and there as can be expected with most providers. Support was decent, with tickets replied to within hours but in the last year it's gone downhill.

I refused to change provider as I have hundreds of sites, but I am glad I've made the switch. These days there are no replies to emails (usually days now), server down for days, sometimes weeks. Apparently the company move servers/racks without prior notice. Invoice system is messed up with multiple sites for support (no unified support/invoice system). It's a huge shambles. Sometimes invoices were marked as unpaid even though I had done. The company are even now BLOCKED FROM PAYPAL. As soon as that happened I knew I really had to move, enough was enough! It's a shame, server is good but the customer service is non-existent. Just one or two guys (probably the same person) replying days later. Terrible! AVOID!

Awful support, and billing system

No live chat, no phone support, and stupid customer and billing systems. That's the overall opinion with this company.
They said they have 24X7 support, but my email never get replied more than 2 times one day, never get replied after 8-hours (maybe 4 hours). The first time I found my server was disconnected, I sent email to them, they replied me one day later, said we didn't pay for quite a long while, they already booked a ticket in the customer system. But I couldn't find that ticket in the system because they already moved to another ticket system. I sent our billing records to them, they said they would investigate it and bring my server up temporarily. So my server was up after serveral days. This time, they shut my server down again, and give us an unpaid invoice. I checked the new billing system again, I even can't find some of the money we paid, and they are charging us for paying late. It's ridiculous.

Tow days past, my server is still down, and no one replied my email still. I have to move to another web hosting now.
