They lost all my files

My ADD ON DOMAIN NAME websites are not working and nobody is helping me. My main website is erikli.net and my not working sites are flatsinistanbul.net , studioflats.info http://www.furnishedistanbulflats.org/ and many others are lost... They wanted to transfer my websites to another server but they did not transfer my all files to the new server and they did not installed my wordpress and other scripts so my websites are not loading or loading as empty sites.. I am loosing a lot and lypha does nothing. They dont even respond my support tickets.. Do you know what can I do? PLEASE HELP ME!!!

Biggest Pro: they don't care about you if you have any problems
Biggest Con: they loose your files while changing servers and they close your websites while transferring your files to a new server...

Worst Customer Service that exists in my opinion

The cheap hosting is not worth the customer service. It was great when I first started with them but slowly gone downhill. I switched my domain name to this company a year ago (I've had it for 7 years) and there was no notification that it was expiring and they just let it expire and parked it on a porn site. MY site is a help site for all ages and it's parked on a porn site. I am moving ASAP
