A good options for beginners Who wants to own a portfolio
So, first of all, I would like to mention my experience with HostGator, Their servers are good, and they have clients from all over the world and I think, there is no doubt about that but as a matter of fact, I switched due to the exact same reason. Being a developer, I am not very much familiar with these hosting plans, DNS, domains registration, backups, email configurations, etc. so I often need to talk to customer support for help and every time, I created a live chat, I ended up in spending an hour for my turn. Emails are even worst.
As I just wanted my website live, and the server doesn't matter for me I searched for a hosting provider with a low profile and my good luck, I found one.
At Logicalkey, I don't know why? but on a rough estimation, after every second day, I recieve a server downtime for about 3 to 7 or 10 minutes. They have mentioned their support to be 24/7 but I think they are available only from 9 AM to 9 PM (12 hrs). I have experienced that in the last 8 to 9 months of my hosting with them. Coming to the billing they don't have lots of options available but it's good for my country residents, in fact, it's great.
So, As I have already mentioned some bad things, let's start talking about the good things. First of all, their support is really friendly, I always feel that there is a real person behind the chat and not some extraordinary bot. Also, their staff knowledge is great. Another thing, I find their services much cheaper than other hosting sites. For a major downtime, they often send an email first as well.
My last words will be: If you are a blogger or some who think there will be lots of traffic on your site. Logicalkey may not be your best shot but if the odds are opposite you should try.
Biggest Pro: If you are not satisfied with server, they migrate your website to other server
Biggest Con: Support isn't available all the time
