Killasites Digital Systems Ltd is a web hosting company that is ranked highly in Uganda because of the great customer service experience they offer to their clients. As a new entrepreneur, I chose them because out of the three companies I contacted, Killasites responded within 3 hours with all the business details and plan descriptions. They offered three different plans with advice on what would be best for my business. As a tour operator, they offered to also take on my initial content development process which was not charged any extra fee; all that they requested was a meeting for us to discuss what the best content would be for our particular website.

The agent who was in constant contact with me offered an installment plan for me to use as he took time to come up with my website and also ensured that I got a grip on being able to manage it even after they had hosted it. They have physical premises hence before hosting the website, I had a chance to test and also interact with the different company websites they had hosted before mine and got a free month of maintenance after hosting. The staff were always available to respond to our questions and rectify any mistakes we made whenever we made any changes on our website.
