Katya web hosting - Affordable web hosting for small websites
I love the 24/7 technical support. While moving from GoDaddy to KatyaWeb, the technical experts helped me for 2-3 days until everything was done and dusted. They also followed-up with me just to check in and see if everything was alright.
Another thing I like about KatyaWeb is their affordable packages. Uptime is also superb, and I’ve had no downtime issues. They also provide free secure domains (https) to their customers. If you’re a new customer, they also provide free hosting for three months with all of the full-paying features like technical support and great uptime.
One thing I don’t like is that, unlike other hosting services, they don’t send regular reminders about renewal before the end of the hosting period. The hosting and cPanel interface could also stand to be more user-friendly. The interface is a little confusing: on several occasions, I was automatically logged out when I clicked on the wrong options.
Overall, I would recommend KatyaWeb to business owners with small websites (1-50 pages). I can’t say this for bigger websites since I have no experience hosting larger ones. For now, I can say that I’m very happy that my friend recommended KatyaWeb and I’m satisfied with their performance.
Biggest Pro: Free secure version of your website
Biggest Con: Unfriendly Interface
