We used Internet Central to host a number of education-based websites as they were local to our organisation, had been used by our organisation in the past, had good customer services reviews and were a very progressive company at that time with services that stood out from the competition.

We chose them as they are a small UK based provider who were local to our area and our organisation and they were one of the approved suppliers. In addition, they offered UK based customer support in a time when many companies were outsourcing their customer support abroad.

A major advantage for our organisation using Internet Central was that all of their servers were based in the UK. This may be seen as a disadvantage by some but in the time of GPDR and data protection laws this can be seen as a major advantage for UK based businesses.

Whilst they may not be the cheapest provider around, they offer a good range of services and we experienced very little downtime.

They were always extremely approachable whenever we had any issues with our website and took care of all of our domain name registration on our behalf.

When we had technical issues with our website their experienced team were on hand to support us and provide expert guidance.

I would definitely recommend them to Staffordshire or UK based business who are looking for a local provider that they can meet face to face and would also recommend them to businesses all around the UK who want a UK based provider.
