Incero - The most Hostile support I've ever seen
Do NOT ever host with Incero, they cost me over $3,500 that I will never see again.
My server went down at one point and the way their customer service handled this issue was appalling. After repeated e-mails with no response, I finally broke through to them after 2 days and the guy just seemed pissed off that I was even contacting him as if I had just run over his dog or something. He just didn't care at all.
I told them I was cancelling and would want my money back but they refused and said they had a strict no money back policy!!!
These thieves even went so far as to threaten me with a lawsuit!!
Stay away from Incero if you value your website and your wallet.
