Frequent Downtimes

I bought an iiPanel reseller plan after being referred to them by a friend. I was put on a different server than the one my friend was on and I used to have very frequent downtimes.

Support was excellent at the start, but after the server I was hosted on started to suffer constantly, their support too started to degrade a little.

phpMyAdmin has also stopped responding to export requests in the past week. Very frustrating when I want an immediate database backup.

Being a reseller, I expected the resource limits to be a little relaxed, but 300 uniques a day had already gotten my client's account suspended. Further, another account was suspended. This client hardly got a few visitors a day!

It is cheap though, but comes with just the bare essentials and nothing added on.

Biggest Pro: Support and Price
Biggest Con: Long downtimes, slow server response.

iiPanel.net one of the best hosts on the net!

I have been with iiPanel.net for around 6-7 months , althought i have had a little downtime due to a few server issues in the first few months i have to say that iiPanel.net is a grate host. after asking to be moved to a new server i have had no issues at all.

there supprt team is one of the best around and will go the extra mile to fix and find the issue big or small.
