I have been hosting my blog with Idesign Spot for the last one year. I was referred by a friend and he was all praises I decided to give it a try. I called and they were quick to respond. I was not really decided on the website extension and they really helped me decide on the best for my target audience.
We settled on .co.ke domain since I target the local market. It took 30 minutes to have my domain registered and hosted and they sent the login details to my email.
I had issues with phone configurations for my domain email. I reached out and the support was great.
I have only had one incident where I downloaded a corrupt plugin and lost all the content. I was so worried but when I emailed them, they had backup and it took 24 hours to restore my site.
They offer customer support on email, WhatsApp, text message and phone 6 days a week. Monday to Saturday 8am-6 Pm. They have a dedicated team who give personalized service.
Idesign Spot Team is quick to even assist on uploading your website or template and they go an extra mile to have a look at the final product and advise on areas you can improve on.
They send billing information at least two months before the due date through email and text to ensure you don't go offline
