You Owe Me for Sparing you the torture of Hub.org
I admittedly have the lowest cost program they offer --a shared service --but any program should provide 99% up time. That's not the case with this host. My site goes down once every couple of weeks. If it goes down during the week, it will come back up in an hour or two (which I can grudgingly live with) but if it goes down on the weekend, it stays down all weekend --even if you open a ticket. Apparently they only provide service Mon-Fri. They have such a thing as emergency service where you can submit a request for help but you agree to pay $20 if it's after hours or weekends if you're not a premium member. I have had it with this host and will be transferring when I have time to do it. What a hassle. Occasionally the entire site goes down for 12 -24 hours at a time so you can't even log into the "account manager" to open a ticket. I can only assume that this company's real interest is elsewhere and is maintaining a host service as some sort of hobby.
