Worst Website Hoster I Have Used

I bought a plan from Hosting24.com which cost around $17 every 3 months. The service was great in the beginning but then I noticed that I was constantly kicked off of the FTP server and I was not able to download a lot of data at once. I opened a ticket and they said it was my FTP client which is false because I can connect to other servers fine. I then noticed that the webpage loading speed started to get slower and slower. Then more than half of the time I tried to access my website, it wouldn't even load. I didn't use their service that much so a day before it ended (1-7-2013) I asked them to cancel my account because I no longer used it and I couldn't pay for more service. They immediately asked why I didn't like their service. I told them that I just can't pay for it. They asked me to confirm that I wanted to cancel my account so I did and then they said I was being transferred to the sales department and it could take up to 24 hours for a reply. The day my service was up for renewal I was charged again and that overdrew my bank account. Right after that I sent a message and told them what happened and they said that my account was closed, all of my data is now lost, and they refunded me the money. PayPal holds your refunds for a few days so I was charged with a $37 overdraft fee. I contacted Hosting24.com and asked them nicely to pay me the $37 because it was their fault that my account was overdrawn. They said I was being transfered to the sales department and a reply would take 24 hours. It has now been over 50 hours and there is no reply. They even put the ticket on hold. Is this how your customers who may come back in the future be treated? I think not. If I do not receive a reply from them by Saturday I will file a complaint to the Better Business Bureau.
