No longer supporting clients.
This company is a reselling company for eNom, Inc. and I've been with this company for more than 16 years and up until at least six months the service was more than satisfactory, as a matter of fact it was very excellent. But, for the past six months (at least), David Hasbrouck and company have been dodging their customers (claims of resigned and disruptive employee). There is no response from their support network, or to any emails requesting answers or support. And, forget trying to call them or leaving a message, their response is none. They will not answer or acknowledge that they have even received your request. Yes, their automated system responds to your Support Form submission and sends out requests for domain name renewal payment. but that is where is all ends since they don't respond to any form of contact from you, their customer. And, forget using their email address since your response seems to go into a dead email server where no one is monitoring or responding. I had to go through a third party registry in order to get some of my domain names renewed since there was no response to my constant attempts to renew through Host4Profit. You'd think they'd have all their issues taken care of by now, but alas no joy from this company.
Biggest Con: No support
More than happy with My Host. Greatest Customer Service,
I have been using this host, and took it over from my mom, for my article directory. The thing that I like the most is how they have worked with me, when I had problems with my payments. They are always just an email away to answer any questions I have when installing a script or trying to learn and do something new with my site.
They have a unique user friendly webpanel, and although they don't host the Fantastico, which you find on many other hosts, I and my mom, both find there webpanel layout extremely easy and helpful, especially for the beginning webmaster. My mom has used other hosts and always goes back to them. They also have an easy and inexpensive option to add extra domains, once you have your main one up and going.
Biggest Pro: The support and userfriendly WebPanel
Biggest Con: Not having Fantastico, (for easily installing common scripts)
