Green Host It -- Thank you for your help today
These guys have bent over backwards to help me. I started a blog about 3 years ago and knew nothing about web design or blogging. I am an attorney. I opened a ticket and they called me back and spent the time to walk me through the process of getting my WordPress site setup. They taught me how to post articles. Then today I needed help installing a new theme that I purchased and sure enough, they took the time to help me (just like they did 3 years ago when I joined Green Host It). Thanks guys.

Reliable and responsive support
I wanted to share my experience with your readers. When I signed up with Green Host It, I had zero experience with web design. The people at Green Host It helped me to setup my WordPress website. They were quick to answer my questions. I sent questions to their help desk and within a matter of minutes, a very well written answer was provided. I kept all my help desk tickets so that I could refer back to them later. My WordPress site is doing well. I have been blogging for 2 years now and I am building a reputation for myself and my articles have been published at many syndicated blogs and news agencies. I could not have done this without the encouragement and support from the Green Host It team. Thanks GHI.
BEWARE OF GREENHOST IT
my website and emails were down during the holiday season (my goods are for the 4th. quarter). Called several times and numberous emails to no avail the owner Stephanie did not call or email me, after a week of no contact from her, I went to another provider. It was a week and I had no emails or website
Biggest Con: poor to NO customer service
Ok service. Charged for canceled services.
Service was ok. Response time was good. Nice hosting. However, when I canceled services, I began noticing that my paypal was still being charged for these services. I brought this up in service tickets, to make sure there was a paper trail and they denied charging me for canceled services. I then went to paypal to stop anymore payments. Now they are holding my domains (which are paid for through 2014) as ransom saying "there are some billing issues that need to be sorted out", even though those billing issues have nothing to do with the domains and everything to do with the hosting services.
