I’ve been using GlobeHost for the last 4 years and successfully hosted 15 sites on it. The best thing about them is their stellar service. They explain issues very well, even to non-technical people. They were also very patient in walking me through the installation. The 24/7 chat support is great for my peace of mind. Before starting a live chat, they assign the related manager for your issue in order to serve you better. Live chat responds within 2-3 minutes.
Uptime is great (99.97%). The speed of the server is also impressive. They also provide unlimited FTP users, MySQL databases and subdomains even on the standard plan. There is no extra charge for database backup and restoration. If you purchase the basic, cheapest plan, they also provide backup facilities and more than 50 free applications.
You can also host multiple websites without any issues by adding another domain with the addon domain option. I would recommend this hosting service to anyone who wants something easy to navigate and use for an affordable price.
Biggest Con: GlobeHost does not provide a free domain when you purchase webspace
