Good value hosting service

Globalhost d.o.o. has been providing web hosting and domain registration services since 2002. This company is not a reseller of hosting services. It has its own data center located in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Direct optical links to all major Internet gateways, competitive prices and always available technical support make them a well-rounded offering on the hosting market.

I really like their support, always friendly and very quick to respond. If there is a server maintenance period, they announce it beforehand, and they work really quickly to have it all done in practically no time.

They offer all the major payment options.

They have a solid bread and butter offering which gives all the functions and goodies you expect from a serious hosting provider. They use cPanel and Softacoulus, which is for me the go-to option and the most flexible and user-friendly configuration tool by far, in my experience.

The highlight for me is their no hidden fees approach, which means no "ah I need this too, but I have to pay extra" annoying moments. Everything is upfront, correct and fast.

I can give one good example regarding their fast responding support. I had one node.js project going, however, my current subscription plan (at that time) didn't allow for node.js server hosting. I quickly wrote a ticket asking if it is possible to have that option enabled, and about 20 minutes later I got a response. They not only enabled it for me but gave me a separate account on a Linux server optimized for node.js hosting. For free.

You can really see that customer satisfaction is their number one priority.
