Future Hosting VPS
I first signed up with Future Hosting back in January. I was looking for a reliable host that could do dirty work for me if needed, but at a reasonable price. Since signing up with Future Hosting, I have had a good experience with them. At the beginning I was experiencing random reboots, which annoyed me a little. the random reboots were later solved. The server always has a low load average leaving lots of resources to be used.
Their support is very fast, courteous, and always straight to the point. They have a system that warns me each time my hosting will be interrupted. A few months ago a backup solution was implemented that backs my whole VPS up to a separate server. Uptime is very good.
I would recommend Future Hosting to a friend because of how good they have been to me. I plan to stay with Future Hosting for a very long time.

Phenomenal Support
I signed up with future hosting a few weeks ago, after bouncing from one crappy host to another. Before future hosting, I had been with a number of hosts who just didn't satisfy my needs. They all lacked in one or more areas - Bad server performance, poor support, slow network, abusive customers on the same node - You name it.....Future Hosting was a welcome surprise.
My account was set up within an hour (Their automated system is fantastic) and I was able to log in immediately with absolutely no problems whatsoever. I love that I can set up reverse DNS for my IPs without even having to contact support. But I know that when I do have to contact them (if that day ever comes, that is), they will be prompt and courteous.
I'm sure I'll be there for years to come.
