Not so great
I may have thought that this webhost is the best at first, for they offered the best prices out there in the market, and they boasted about their great server uptime, however, they did not really live up to my expectations. I was once problematic for a couple of weeks as they had some issues with their company, and the customers were the ones who suffered for their lack of responsibility. I was so surprised to find my site being down and then up again for a couple of days. I contacted the technical support crew and it seems like there’s only one guy to help all their customers. Of course it is quite fair to say that that did not sit well with me. After that I chose to ignore my previous worries, as my site went back up for a couple of days, without no problems or whatsoever. But after a few days of stability, my site went completely down! It did not even flicker back to life for a few days. After contacting the technical support for a number of times, I got a somewhat insincere and even impatient reply that they are working on it. Imagine the crew (or single manager) or eWeb to even have the gull to be the ones who are somewhat rude. I have already paid all my fees with them, so I was very much frustrated when they would not reply fast to all my queries. Anyway, after my numerous losses of clients, my sites went up again. I was almost happy, until I found out that some materials that I put down a few weeks ago was back up again. This was due to the problem with their servers, yet again. Several people threatened me through e-mails regarding legal matters because of their server problems, and because I needed to put these materials off my website, imagine my surprise (and near insanity) when I found out that the contents cannot be taken down! I was so frustrated when I cannot access my server and files. Turns out there are still numerous problems regarding my host’s servers, so their clients cannot access their files through FTP and web applications such as Wordpress. Imagine taking down a post from Wordpress (my current content organizer) through your site manager? How impossible is that? The last choice that I had was to put down my entire site, which would result to SEVERAL losses, yet again. So I had to wait till the servers are completely fixed, before I could re-furnish my site again. I really hope that they treat their clients well, and stop making excuses, after all, the client has already paid for their service, even before they provide it.
