Website disappeared

I had a website with EasyGiga for more than 5 years. Due to their frequent updates, the server was constantly interrupted for several hours, and sometimes days. My website disappeared during one of their system changes. When I asked what the hell was going on, they told me it may have been because of a password change. They ultimately found out that It wasn't my fault, so they ask me technical things I had no idea what they were talking about. They just cared less - probably gaining time to mend to many other problems they have with others customer. I strongly advise prospective clients to avoid EasyGiga unless you want to lose your money and the hundreds or thousands of hours invested in your website.

Biggest Pro: Even if you scream, they remain tempered.
Biggest Con: They really care less

Do not host with them if you want professional service

They lost 4 of my websites, my global management account during a server migration.
No excuse, no build-up from backup. The only possibility for them is that I must have given my password out. That a hacker has deleted my websites, but no explanation on how this "pretend" hacker has deleted my account from their servers using my "pretended" stolen admin password.
No the simple explanation that they screwed up their migration is not bearable for them.

AVOID AT ALL COST IF YOU NEED AT LEAST BASIC HOSTING RELIABILITY.

You are better off hosting it yourself at home.
