Earthlink Total Failure

After the second complete hosting failure in less than 6 months I've finally canceled my Earthlink hosting. Their failure to provide service cost my business $10k+. There was absolutely no sense of urgency on Earthlink's part to fix the problem As a matter of fact after a month it's still not fixed (I switched providers 3 days into the outage). Many misrepresentations were made along the way and I had to face the expected "customer retention" arguments when I canceled. If you need reliable hosting I would look anywhere other than Earthlink.
