I would like to thanks and appreciate eapps web hosting services for their perfect cloud VPS services that I am using for the past 2 years or so. I have faced very less issues and it got resolved quickly after I have raised it to them. They are very professional, technical staff is competent. Since I am also a technical person, I understand what a technical operational staff should do. I have migrated from their regular VPS plan to cloud VPS plan myself and they have supported well during the migration. I was observing less hits to my site so I though of testing if there is an issue with the services. I have created a cron that runs every minute and hits my website URL and if it returns an exception, it automatically sends a email alert. You won't believe its been close to 1 month now, I have not received a single email alert which means my site was never down during this window.
With this I safely conclude that they are really good with the price they offer as compared to other cheaper/expensive available options.
But of course you need to be little technical to manage your website OR need to hire a technical person who can understand or explain the problem to them properly. Don't expect them to clear your mess if you land up into issues. They are only their to provide oeprational level 2 support, they can't fix your application specific issues.
