Doteasy
FAntastic Support and Great Uptime
My web site has been hosted by Doteasy for over 10 years. In that time, I have never experienced any downtime except that which was scheduled in advance. Recently my site was hacked and malware was placed in one or more of the site's files. I contacted Doteasy support and was told that they would wipe the site and that after it was wiped, I could reload the files. When I saw that the site was still up, I again contacted Doteasy support to find out why they had not yet wiped the site. Their response was typical of the fantastic support that I get from this company. Not only had they wiped the site, but they also reloaded my files (my job) from their secure backup. How can you beat that?
I have a total of 8 web sites with Doteasy, using every level of service from stripped-down basic hosting, to sites with all the "bells and Whistles." This incident was typical of the service that I have come to expect from this excellent company.
