damnx.us web hosting scam

Purchased domain name for 3 years and web hosting from damnx.us, we have had monthly issues when website is down for a day, however last week we contacted them as the site was down for 2 days, they told us on days 2, 3, 4 and 5 that engineers had fixed the bug but on checking the website it was still down.

We then emailed them again as their site was down too -we used welcome email to contact them. They told us that damnx.us had zero tolerance and to stop emailing them! So we posted on digitalpoint as this is where we purchased the hosting package and where they sell their service.

Almost instantly the owner Toniya of damnx.us posted in the thread that we lied, it escallated so much they kept the money, deleted our site from their server and took our money, hiding behind their ToS.

Now they claim they only have happy customers, buy 30 minutes ago I received another email informing me their servers had gone down again.

Is this the actions of a proffesional web hosting company? Definitely NOT - we host over 7 sites in different niches and NEVER experienced such poor service.

In our experience DAMNX.US is a scam, fraud and Toniya is a theif.
