Great and Fast Server and Services

BigCommerce made it easy for me to relax and focus only on marketing and sales for the business. I'm with Bigcommerce from last several years and I've plan to stay here with them for future as well. Till today, they provided a great service and I'm satisfied with them. I don't think I ever had any downtime or issues related to server.

When I started using their services I was not had much technical experience, wordpress, emails setup, etc. but their technical team worked with me to helped me setup everything step by step and guided me from basic.

Once I had some issue with uploading images to my website, it was giving some error related to http. I call them, discussed the issue and support team member gave me resolution immediately once I finished my part of explaining the issue. They explained me how to change settings and increase php memory limit just over a phone call.

An another time, I transferred my another store hosted on WIX bigcommerce and all the transferring process was smooth and error free with the help of their support team. This was also a big day for me when I moved a complete website without help of any web developer.

If I talk about their cpanel, it is professional and user friendly.
