Extremely user friendly and fantastic customer support
I recently switched my web hosting to Bandzoogle. I've been with them for about 2 months and I couldn't be happier.
There are hundreds of pre-made themes from which to choose. You begin by choosing your type of business (mine is music). Then you can choose from dozens of themes tailored to various sub-classes within that business (ie. rock, singer-songwriter, jazz, etc.).
Bandzoogle allows you to, easily, set up a home page and have all of that page's attributes carry over to the other pages of the site. This allows a uniform look across your entire site. Of course, you can remove these attributes from any page, as you see fit.
Setting up a store on Bandzoogle is also a breeze. This is the first host I've had where I can sell directly from my website, as opposed to directing to a 3rd party seller. I was able to, easily import my music and offer both free streaming and paid downloads. Accepted forms of payment are Paypal and Stripe.
As I was designing my website, I needed to consult Bandzoogle's customer support on two occasions. Each time, I contacted them through the customer support email address. Both inquiries were resolved quickly (within 24 hours) by a friendly and knowledgable agent.
Bandzoogle has themselves another satisfied and loyal customer.
Biggest Pro: ease of use
Biggest Con: none to speak of
