I was a newbie and hence wasn't sure where to look for some help. One of my friends referred attilahosting.com . I never had to look back once I joined them. They lent me a helping hand whenever I felt like experimenting with the site. I am right now reconstructing my site. Even with it, any time I face any issues, they are right there to help, that too without making me feel like an idiot for asking the basic questions.
The servers have also been reliable and have gone down only for the scheduled maintenances till now. They provide enough space for a normal site, they dont over sell and the control panel is feature rich.
Biggest Pro: helping and knowledgeable support personnel
