Really bad customer service

If you are using Front Page Server Extensions then I am sorry to say that this company just keep changing servers and in consequence I have not been able to update my site for approx 6 weeks this year.

Despite many hours of trying to get this resolved they seem unable to sort this out.

I must admit in sheer desparation I fear I must change host. This Company just does not care about the smaller accounts and I now give up.
