AshServ
One of the best web hosts
I've been using AshServ for about 3 months so far. They have been quite good, uptime has been excellent (down only for 130 minutes in November, and was up in October and December ). Prices are great, and they don't oversell their packages, so you can use all of your package, unlike some other hosts that kick you off when you use most of your bandwidth.
Though one disadvantage that I find with it is that they don't have cPanel, and use Direct Admin, though I'm pretty sure this is mostly personal opinion, as probably other people like Direct Admin. They also don't have Windows hosting or dedicated servers.
But overall, I think they are an excellent host worth checking out.
Biggest Pro: Prices are reasonable, great uptime
Biggest Con: No dedicated servers, no Windows Hosting, no cPanel
