Unreliable, lame support, insecure, etc.

I represent 10 AccuWebHosting customers and used to be one myself.

I have never had more trouble with hosting than I've had with AccuWebHosting. Their servers have some kind of problem at least once per month on static pages that never get changed.

Their servers are blacklisted by many anti-spam lists for being used by spammers/etc. As a result, your email will not get to the recipients because everyone filters spam.

An employee of AccuWebHosting once stole their database of customers and used it to spam them all when they left to start their own hosting company. This was confirmed by them.

Every single request for support or problem is mis-understood and must be repeated many times. It seems that I always have at least 3 open tickets with them.

The servers have been poor performers and the company seems to be a very small operation with little or no actual ability.

Biggest Pro: Price (the old plan was $18 per year)
Biggest Con: downtime and lame support

Execellent Support

I have been with since 2 years. They are really very friendly and they do not make you feel down. They have been very true on whatever happens. I am happy that i can reach to them within no time. They provide phone, chat and email support. But the email support is so fast, that i hardly had to use their chat or phone support. I feel secure with them as they notify well in advance for any downtime or maintenance. I had faced small issue in hosting my domain with them, as they use Modernbill as the billing software. While signing up i had given the username and password same, so the domain was not hosted but modernbill showed it as hosted. However, they got it sorted out in just few minutes.
