Worst customer service
I've been their customer for a long time, but i started to notice that the site is down a lot. I contacted the customer service, and I think it's the owner who's answering. All I heard was "Everything is ok now". This kept happening for a while. But the host never apologized. When I confronted him about having too much down time, he said that he wish that didn't happen. But he can't say sorry because it's not his fault. How about sorry for the inconvenience, Gerry? I need to get away from them ASAP, it's affecting my business BIG TIME. But now I'm having a issue with domain transfer from them. The transfer authorization code that this hosting company provide is INVALID. Unbelievable. Be aware of this host!
