Not exactly a Zen like feeling

Offering "Free Instant setup", "24/7 support", "30 day money back guarantee" they actually don't do anything. I'm not even sure they exist. They took my money and I haven't heard from them since. Though they did at least register my domain names. After that absolutley nothing has happened. I get no response to e-mails, I have no access to promised building tools. I can't publish to my domain. I get absolutely no response from support and they have also ignored my request for my money back. I urge you not to do business with these people. I think it might be a scam.
