Disappointing and Frustrating
Hi all,
I've noticed that there are only good reviews of this company online which seems a little strange (if it's too good to be true, it probably is?). Anyway, I wanted to give my feedback too, in case it might help someone.
Because of the great feedback I read on line about them (mostly advertising, no doubt) I decided to give them a try. I started getting frustrated immediately when working with them, mainly due to their customer service. I kept getting routed for what I considered to be pretty straightforward questions to several technical support reps and the tickets were sometimes closed on me without giving me a response.
I'm normally a pretty patient person but this experience was too frustrating. I won't ever bother with them again. They might be cheap and have a 100-day guarantee but they're not worth my time or sanity.
