Do you have more than 1 web site?Host Gator lets you host as many web sites as you want in 1 account. This is a great way to save money if you have more than 1 web site, or if you plan on opening more in the near future. |

| They've got great features, and I love the Plesk control panel, but I have to have them restart the mail servers about every week or two (they don't monitor it, I have to tell them it's broken when my customers complain). Also, the one time I asked for backups to be restored, I was told they only had my files backed up to a single zip file which was corrupt (apparently they don't check their backups). Their support is always quick to restart whatever is broken, but never lets you know why it happened, and apparently never does anything proactive like monitoring. My most recent frustration was when their mail server 'forgot' all my users passwords on all my various domains, so I had to tell all my customers & their users to reset their passwords because my host lost the data. |

| I never wasted my time writing reviews, but these guys are fast on support less then a minute on hold ,only 10 min by email.. they even changed my settings and and switced domains for free!! I used valueweb =not bad just expensive hostway=epect 30min on hold for support and olm same hold time webintellects beats them all..2nd best choice is superb internet, but they are expensive and out of canada...go american made! |
